About Us
Phaon Pharms is owned and operated by Ron and Jeanne Fillmore, both of whom have had dual careers. Ron is a retired airline captain who was born and raised on a ranch in northeast Wyoming. He owned and operated a 4,500 acre working horse and cattle ranch in Wyoming until 1993. His Morgan horse herd varied in size from approximately 25 to 48 head at any given time, providing almost every experience possible in caring for and training his equine friends.
Developing each individual horse's talents and personality with loving care is the normal daily attitude. Every horse is to be respected and appreciated for their own unique differences. A "heavy hand" is never used at Phaon Pharms, with the emphasis being that a horse will respond much more to patience plus the knowledge that they are loved and have nothing to fear.
