At Phaon Pharms, we are dedicated to the comfort, care, and above all the safety of your horses.
Horses are born with the instinct to move and graze freely, not stand around in a confined space day in and day out, being fed possibly once in the morning and once in the evening, allowed to exercise only at their handlers convenience. Horses need free exercise for their muscle and mental well being. These are the main reasons we believe in pasture boarding.
Whether you are looking for a permanent location to retire your horse or just looking for a temporary place, we can accomodate your needs.
Your horse would be able to enjoy one of 9 separate pastures ranging from 3 to 19 acres each in size. There are two pastures built to accommodate stallions. Each pasture centers around our home, allowing the ability to monitor our guests welfare on a regular basis. Every pasture has shelter access and flowing water. There is an on-going program to minimize flies and other pests.
Upon first arriving at Phaon Pharms, your horse will be "settled in" and observed to evaluate personality and individual requirements that will determine with which pasture buddies he/she will make the best fit. Mental security and physical safety for your horse is always an uppermost consideration.
